Policies and Recommendations

Talk on cell phones is not permitted in the spa.  All cell phones must be turned off or on vibration mode.

Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted entrance into the spa area, unless receiving a service. We ask that no child be left unattended in the lobby for their safety and our clients' convenience. Please arrange for child supervision while your service(s) is being performed.

We encourage you to call generously in advance for spa appointments to ensure the greatest availability in scheduling and appointment times. For services scheduled over one hour, a credit card number may be required to reserve your time(s).

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa service. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late, your appointment will end as originally scheduled.

We suggest removing fine jewelry before arriving at the spa. Luminosity Salon & Spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Because your spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us, at minimum, 24 hours in advance of your first scheduled appointment for either cancellations or changes to your appointment(s). A $20 fee will be applied per scheduled treatment should you cancel or make changes within those 12 hours. No shows, however, will be charged full treatment value. Day packages and gift certificate cancellations or changes are required to give a 48 hours notice. Group reservations may require contractual agreement and/or deposit. A deposit is required when booking 2 or more services. This is nonrefundable if the appointments are cancelled within a 12-hour period.

Gratuity is not included in service pricing. Tipping, of course, is not required, but much appreciated. Fifteen percent is standard in this industry.
